About Us

Welcome to Taste of India, a locally owned and operated Indian Cuisine Restaurant located on Missouri Boulevard in the heart of Jefferson City, MO.  We serve diners in the surrounding cities of Ashland, Columbia, Versailles, Eldon and Lake of the Ozarks.  Our reputation for the finest Indian cuisine keeps our consumers traveling to Jefferson City and referring friends and family in to dine.

Taste of India serves the best Indian cuisine in the Mid Missouri area. We prepare fresh food daily using the finest ingredients for that authentic home made taste that tantalizes your taste buds.  If you have never before experienced Indian Cuisine, you are definitely in for a treat.  All of our food is made from fresh ingredients and prepared daily on premises.

A few of the dishes that you will find on our menu are Vegatable Pakoras, Biryanis, Chicken Curry, Chicken Korma, Saag Peneer, Baingan Bartha, Kheer and Gulab Jamun all authentically made in our own kitchen.  We also serve two Indian beverages, Lassi and mango Lassi on our menu.  Do you have special dietary needs such as Gluten Free or Vegetarian?  Taste of India can fill your stomach too!

Taste of India has a spacious seating area available for reservations.  We do cater to events and we have delivery available.  Enjoy our free WiFi and catch up on the latest news or sporting event from our large screen TV!

Our Hours
We are available to serve you Monday through Saturday for lunch 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and we reopen for dinner hours 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
