Mission Statement:

My single most important responsibility as a massge therapist is to provide a safe environment for my clients. I'm a therapist who builds a relationship on solid foundations of trust and mutual respect. I encourage clients to let down their defensive boundaries. The more comfortable I can make my clients, the more efficient my treatments will become; this provides them with space to work through (whether that be emotional or on a more basic level, working to break the debilitating cycle of chronic pain). Through bodywork, I can help to create a more positive outlook on life's experiences. My goal is to spread compassion in a way that not only touches my clients, but is also passed on to others. One kindness can become a very powerful catalyst. People remember. And they pay it forward.
