We called to rent a dumpster, paid our fee and was promised it would be delivered on 9-5, it is now Wednesday and still no dumpster. We have tried calling the Mountain Grove office and we either get a ring no answer, put on hold for 15 minutes and get hung up on and when we do get into a recording they never call us back. We are in the process of trying to move and really need the dumpster as promise. Their customer service is really bad. We have also tried emailing to no avail. Their fax line also seems to be busy all the time, can't get ahold of them that way either....and yes we have already paid for this service.
UPDATE: It is now Wednesday going on Thursday still no delivery, still not able to get a call into their office. This dumpster was to be delivered on September 5th and we paid in advance. If you want to be ignored go ahead and use them.
