I am a very busy business owner and making time for myself is difficult, to say the least. I make sure that I carve out time once a month to visit Zen 3 - when they say your urban oasis, they truly mean it.
You walk through a peaceful courtyard with fountains and amazing, lush greenery as you enter the building. Once you enter, you are greeted (softly) by one of the girls and offered either a refreshing fruit infused water or a warm cup of soothing green tea.
Before your massage you have time to sit in the zen room and collect your thoughts - complete with water features, amazingly comfy chairs that envelope you and a fireplace filled with candles.
Once your therapist meets you, you are escorted into one of the massage rooms which is a tropical cabana just waiting to take you away to your happy place. The ceilings have bamboo poles with fabric draped across them - making you feel as though you have stepped into a tropical cabana. The rooms are decorated with bamboo and other tropical or Asian accents. You have plenty of time to undress and get comfy on a nice warm, soft massage table before your therapist works away all of your stress, tight muscles or pains - all while using the aromatherapy of your choice.
I have been to MULTIPLE spas, both here in Springfield and when traveling. I am always happy to come home to Kara and the staff at Zen 3!! I always leave feeling refreshed and balanced, thank you!!
