About Us

We’ve been servicing Columbia and the Boone County area for over 17 years. Both residential and commercial service.

We offer both in home and in store repair!

As of now, our menu looks like this:

Service Calls – $65 we will look at your machine, tell you what’s wrong with it and how much your going to end up spending TOTAL.

Labor- our labor is figured by the job. No hourly rate, no nonsense return fees.

Parts- after all the above, we’ll add your parts cost in. The average for most service calls is about $150.

ALSO, feel free to bring your appliances to our shop where we’ll charge you $40 (including labor) plus your parts. Not bad.

Last but not least, if your appliance is not worth the repair, we sell the newest appliances from Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana and Estate. Give us a call!!!

Awful service. They chose to accept a job from 360Central to take care of my extended warranty dishwasher and showed no interest in actually fixing it. It was clogged (my fault) but the major issue is that one of the sensors was broken and the cycle was stopping and skipping the wash cycle. Once they saw the clog, they were not willing to fix the sensor or even diagnose that there was an issue with it. Here's how the argument went: we have to see the problem, we have to start the dishwasher ourselves. We're not going to sit there waiting for the problem to happen (30 minutes in usually) because we're not being paid for that, we're not interested in seeing a video proving the dishwasher is broken. In essence, they wanted easy money. They never even turned in the notes they needed to 360Central so they were more of a barrier to getting it fixed than anything. PLUS they turned up 35 minutes earlier than they were scheduled to arrive (when they did show) with no notice, apology or concern. A waste of time and rude to boot. There is better service out there.

My husband and I have used Maytag for a repair of a dryer, purchased a refurbished dryer, and purchased a new washer from this location and have had nothing but excellent service. From the gentleman who sold us the washer, to the repairmen - I have been nothing less than impressed. Everyone is very professional, diligent and wanting to get things done and fixed correctly, and very competitive in their pricing. Would recommend them to everyone!
