Awful service.
They chose to accept a job from 360Central to take care of my extended warranty dishwasher and showed no interest in actually fixing it. It was clogged (my fault) but the major issue is that one of the sensors was broken and the cycle was stopping and skipping the wash cycle. Once they saw the clog, they were not willing to fix the sensor or even diagnose that there was an issue with it.
Here's how the argument went: we have to see the problem, we have to start the dishwasher ourselves. We're not going to sit there waiting for the problem to happen (30 minutes in usually) because we're not being paid for that, we're not interested in seeing a video proving the dishwasher is broken. In essence, they wanted easy money.
They never even turned in the notes they needed to 360Central so they were more of a barrier to getting it fixed than anything. PLUS they turned up 35 minutes earlier than they were scheduled to arrive (when they did show) with no notice, apology or concern. A waste of time and rude to boot. There is better service out there.
