Review of House Springs Discount Muffler

They shouldn't even get one star but that's not an option. We used this shop despite all the bad reviews. But now that we know I want to get the news out that if your considering this shop go else where!!!! They are terrible. They don't care about the costomer, they just want the money and put in as little work as possible. I wouldn't be surprised if they let you pay and do no service to your car at all. Hell, we would have been better off if they did that to our truck. They broke more than they fixed and refused to replace the damage. We took our truck in for lower ball joints and they broke our abs sensor amoung other things. In order to replace the parts they broke we paid nearly three hundred. They are horrible crooks! I'll never to there again and will let every person I meet know it too. I'm just amazed at how terrible thier service was and disgusted at Thier customer care. They are a discount store that's for sure, with discount workers! Id be surprised if they are even certifie technitians
