I found out about this product through an acquaintance of mine. I was introduced to the owner and had a demonstration of the product. I was very impressed, and ended up purchasing one for my 89-year-old mother, who lives 3 hours away. I found the product very easy to use. I was concerned about its ease of use because of my mother's age and her comprehension. We decided to set it up to call 911, and although we have not had to use it yet, all the tests work great. The fact that there are no monthly charges for this product was the deciding factor. Very satisfied in St. Louis.
