a couple days ago i had a water line break and has water every where, i called roto rooter and they not only fixed it but had everything done that day. im so glad i called them

My toilet won't flush properly. I pull down the flush knob and the water just sits there. The water is clear and clean and nothing is in the bowl. Where can I buy a "snake" to figure out what is down there?
