Review of Downtown Appliance Home Center

We have lived in Columbia for 12 years now. When we first moved here we bought our appliances from one of the big box stores. After many years our fridge started having problems, and we needed parts. We found Downtown Appliance, asked them if we could order parts. They said of course, and after I told Russ the wrong part number 3 times I finally got the ones I needed. He was very helpful and willing to put up with me, so now I need a new fridge, and I will be heading their way. Thanks again
