I also agree with the comment above, the gentleman who helped me pick out my engagement ring was relatable and most importantly honest. He informed me on my decision and was not pushy. This was a comforting feeling compared to my experiences with pressure sales elsewhere. I'll gladly be sending my children as well as friends to L.C. Betz. Thanks again! Also, I missed my fiancé's ring size and the store fixed it within hours and returned it to me
