Review of Voepel Property Management

For three years I called a Voepel property home and regret to this day having to move out of it. Gorgeous and well maintained house with a down to Earth, responsive and reasonable landlord. Don't waste your time with other property managers, if you're looking for a affordable and comfortable place to live in the Midtown area of Kansas City: call the number. You won't regret it.

Wow! not the same experience I had either. 1 star rating and terrible review. My opinion is to look elsewhere and save yourself! Very nice housing, terrible management experience! Hard to reach, didnt follow our agreement in the lease agreement and now we are headed to small claims if I want what we agreed upon
