We were going to use this business to fix hail damage on our car. We had waited three weeks for an appointment only to get there to hear that the owner needed to talk to us because they could no longer do what HIS employees said they could do. Within a few sentences of our conversation, the owner was yelling at us, telling us that he has to assume our car could get repo'd, and telling us that even if we were the president of the United States he still wouldn't do the work. Needless to say, we went to another auto body repair shop.
