Review of Sapphires

My husband booked our Anniversary dinner at Sapphires this year and we plan to make it every year! We had a spectacular night view of Jefferson City and a fabulous menu of gourmet entrees to choose from. We actually are locals in Jefferson City and can honestly say that this view never ceases to amaze. The service was right on and catered to our every need, even before we knew we needed it! I would recommend Sapphires to locals and visiting guests to both Doubletree and Jefferson City tourists.
