Sky Fencing will comment on this person for sure with no problem. I did have to go to my son's swim lesson that morning. I told her sorry when she call at 9:20 and that is was a misunderstanding and I thought somebody else was going to make it to the bid at 9. I take the blame and also told her I could have somebody there asap. She comment that she was already frustrated that we didn't call or show up and didn't know if she wanted our bid. I did at this point say we are not interested, which is a choice I made. She was not at all understanding of the simple mistake, so I chose to move on. Also the comments about taking time off is really nonsense, since her husband told us to call on cell phone when we get to house due to wife working from home. Hearing door bell, he said was not good for her customers on the phone. We make bids at different times of the day and they never once asked for a time that was after her work etc. I don't understand why this person has to be so dead set on making comments about Sky Fencing. Simply we made a mistake on bid and we said sorry and she still didn't understand.
