Review of Smith Heating and Cooling

The service tech entered our house without us there after we had requested they call one of us to come let them in and give us an estimate before they started. We did not sign the work order for the services because we did not see anyone perform the said repairs and the bill was left on the counter, for an amount that was over what we had budgeted for. When confronted with all of this, the owner was extremely rude. One month after their service the AC is experiencing the same problems it was when we first called. Find another company with better service.
