Where do I start on this shady/schister of an owner? If I could give this review a zero...I would. On June 2, 2012 I brought my Alienware gaming computer in for repair. He spent 30 minutes on how he was a genius at computers and blah, blah. So I went with him. He replaced one bad video card (8800 GTS Evga cards) with 1 Radeon HD 4850 x2. For that service he sold me the new video card for $90. I then in turn traded in an older Dell computer tower and my 2 old Evga 8800 GTS video cards and $20 cash.
The new video card worked awesome for about 3.5 weeks till it started to have trouble and eventually went bad. On June, 29, 2012 I bring the computer back in explaining the problem. He says hey Rick really backed up and will get to it as soon as he can. Now keep in mind that I am doing the calling daily to check on it vs. him calling me an updating me on the prognosis. I don't hear from him till July 5,2012 @ 1:30. He then explains I have a bad motherboard and need to replace that for $220 and the problem will be solved. At that point something sounded fishy and so I declined on purchasing the new motherboard. As I wanted a second oppion to be sure before making a large purchase like that. Boy am I glad I did that! Not too mention he messed up my alienware color scheme from being all red to now being a muti color of blues & purples!
It turns out that my motherboard is fine and that the video card he sold me is bad. He now won't even replace the video card he sold me our trade back the services that were rendered in the first place.
This owner is like a used car salesman of selling the customer products he our she don't need to benefit his own pocket! Customer be ware when dealing with this owner...I would look else where in the metro for a IT/computer repair guy.

UPDATE: As the other tech Ryan was able to make good on the video card by odering one of my choice but however they were still not able to fix the lighting system on my tower that they originally screwed up.
Now I have to order software from DELL to fix a problem I didnt cause.
If it wasnt for Ryan things would have been hopeless as his patience and perseverance is what got half the problem fixed and not the owner.
