Robert Cook is a liar and a thief as well. He goes all over town pretending to be something he is not and will lie to get whatever he can. If im not mistaken that business is gone and is now a used car lot in Republic. This man did not even graduate high school let alone have any kind of permit. To my understanding he would over bid people and then pocket the extra money and make people believe he had a "sucessful business" when all he had was absolutely nothing not even a place to live.
