Review of Agave Mexican Restaurant

We ordered dinner to go and drive across town to pick it up. Checked the bags before we left and all the meals were there. When we get home, we realize they didn't put the tortillas for the FAJITAS in the bag. How are you supposed to eat fajitas without tortillas?! So we call to let them know that we have to drive all the way back and express our annoyance. The person who answered wasn't very apologetic, but did offer to either give us a credit or something else for free. We asked for more guacamole and queso. When we arrived there were 4 bartenders standing around chatting and several hostesses doing the same. No one said a word to us, we had to flag someone down to help us. Eventually, a young woman appeared from the kitchen with our food bagged up. She never apologized either and we simply wanted to express our disdain regarding the whole matter. She quickly flared up and rather than be apologetic, she raised her voice and became very rude. I told her her attitude was inappropriate and asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager. Too bad!! The food is good but the service and CUSTOMER SERVICE were horrific! As long as she works there I WILL get my Mexican food elsewhere!!
