Review of Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning

I was having issues with my furnace. I looked in the yellow pages and found Chapman's listed the manufacturer of my system in their add. I called them and set up an appointment. They would called me 20 minutes before they were to arrive and I could meet them there and did not have to miss as much time at work. I was expecting the worst but they said they could repair it and it was only a sensor. They informed me of their ez pay program which saved me a bunch of money that day and in the future. I paid a small monthly fee.and from then on they sent me a card twice a year to remind me of maintenance that was due on my system before the heating and cooling seasons.. Over the years the savings on the various parts due to my participation in the ez pay program was significant. Not to mention the expedited service when needed with no after hours or holiday fees, They have numerous techs, each with some different skill sets and depending on what the issues were they always sent the right guy or guys for the job. I always found their techs to be friendly, clean and very knowledgable! It is never pleasurable to have to call an hvac company. If you have to, I would recommend Chapman's every time! I feel I was always treated fairly and they always explained all my options every time. They even sent me coupons I could use on every service call and coupons I was to pass along to friends and relatives.
