Review of Dave and Carolyn- Century 21 Advantage

We were selling our home ourselves and I emailed Dave giving him the info and explained we were offering. $9,000 commission if an agent brought a buyer.
He emailed me and said he doesn't normally work with people selling their home by themselves because it isn't worth his time. He could have just not responded. His email made him sound greedy and unwilling to work for people who sell their home on their own (we weren't asking for a free referral, we were offering a commission to an agent if they would bring a buyer).
I had contacted several agents and the rest of the agents just emailed back, thanked me and offered their service should I need them in the future.
In addition, If I were his customer and he didn't tell me about a house that met my criteria just because he wouldn't make enough money I would drop him in an instant.
Just a few words of caution about my experience with him.
