Review of Ray Stewart's Auto Center

My wife and I visited our daughter for the Mizzou Tigers Family weekend on the 26-28th of September. After making several calls to other local auto repair companies, Ray Stewart answered my call from his mobile, contacted one of his workers, made sure I knew where he was located and had me speak directly with a mechanic...ALL THIS AND ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!!
DJ Monaghan, mechanic extra ordinaire loaned me a car, ordered a new water pump, flushed, replaced and had my car ready for a 7 hour ride back to Illinois by 1:45pm. All that, and the price was fair, his and Ray's manners were above par, and they offered to help in any other way while we were waiting for the completion of the repair. I am not only happy, I am truly a believer that this type of customer service is alive and well on Smiley Road in Columbia, MO. Thanks to both for such a above the call of duty attitude. When my daughter is ready for a car, I know I'll probably buy it from them. I sure know they'll be able to fix it about 24 hours a day; and I hosnestly believe they will want to make sure my daughter is safe in one of their vehicles. 5 stars doesn't truly cover my satisfaction!
