The only thing partially truthful about this review from Mrs. Crowe is that "many things were not touched." We were contracted to be at her residence for 4 man hours. We were there for 4 hours and 40 minutes(40 minutes over). We explained to her prior to cleaning that the entire house would not be done. Her daughter was there the entire time we cleaned. When we arrived, I asked her for a list of priorities, as everything would not be getting completed. The downstairs bath, the kitchen floor, the stairs, and the front room were priorities. The office and living room were next on the list if we got to them. The priority list was completed. About 50% of the subsequent list was done as well. She states that we needed use elbow grease, but at the same time we weren't fast enough and didn't get to everything. That statement is obviously contradictory. Jenny and I have built this business from scratch with almost no marketing/advertising. It has been built by word of mouth. We are proud of the business we have created with our over 50 repeat customers, 80% of which are because of word of mouth. It was obvious from the phone call that this customer today wanted something for nothing. She could not articulate exactly what she wasn't happy with. Why would she refuse Jenny's request for us to come and make it right? Afraid to have us back? I don't think any honest person reading these reviews really believes that.
