Review of Flowerama 206

I had a very bad experience when making an order for a flower delivery. This was for my 25th year marriage anniversary which is an important day for me. My wife was not at the location of delivery and when notifying the staff of the change they did nothing to help. The staff at the shop showed no intentions in helping the customer. It seemed they cared more in not loosing their money for delivery than the satisfaction of their costumer. I have been a Flowerama customer for years and now i will have to look for another place to shop for flower arrangements. I do not want Flowerama to ruin another important day in my life. I hope they understand how i feel.
