Review of Pro Auto Repair

A heartfelt thanks to owner/mechanic of Pro Auto Repair - Abe Simpson, and his office manager, Jackie, for taking good care of us and working hard to diagnose our diesel truck problem. We were traveling cross country from Ohio to Wichita, Kansas, when our truck lost power on the interstate. God took care of us, having another mechanic recommend Abe's garage. Though we had to spend 3 days in a hotel in O' Fallon, we ended up with a repair that cost much less than we first anticipated. Abe spent much time diagnosing the problem, knowing that the codes and symptoms didn't match up - instead of just throwing several $600+ new parts at it. The problem ended up being a small electrical wire not making connection. Every customer and nearby business owners told us how good this shop was, and we agree. After spending two days sitting in the shop waiting for our truck, we now have new friends in O'Fallon, MO.
