Mr Mohan called and scheduled a service call we did everything that he asked except we could not get our sewer machine down his outdoor sewer drain with out damaging our equipment and we told the customer that when we were on the job site with him and he was ok at that time. I have tried to make things right with the customer by giving him a credit for the future HE REFUSED. The customer threatened me that he either gets ALL of his money back or he will give me a bad review every single day until he recieves a check from me. I am sorry that he is upset with our company but like I said, I have tried to make every efort in making it right. I do believe that if we had not collected we would of never got our money for the service that we did - the customer just wanted free service and no company is going to do there services for free.
