Review of R.M. Nelson Roofing Specialist

Save yourself time and money, don't call RM Nelson Roofing. He was supposed to repair the roof on my sun room. The roof continued to leak. I called him many,many times during the "two year water tight" warranty. He came back twice and slopped roofing materials all over my deck, grill, guttering and never came back to clean his mess, as he promised. All he could provide was excuses for not doing the job. Now I have thousands of dollars in wood rot damage due to the water damage. He "no showed" on at least two occasions as well. This company owner has no interest in helping his customers. He takes the money and runs.

I worked for R.M.Nelson during my 20sand30s mostly has a leadman
and sub contractor . with that said I have subed from many diffrent contractors over the years from ky to texas and have never worked with a more perfessional man in my life . he's not flashy and not the guy that pulls up in a 80,000 dallor truck . but, what you get from him is his personal attention to your situation
he treats evey customer like family and every job like it was his home . He has become my mentor in this buisness . and I feel I was blessed to have been able to work under such a experinced Roofer / buisnessman has taught me everything i know and that has allowed me to provide and care for my family and i want to thank him for our friendship . sencerly,Raymond Thomas

We signed a contract for repairs to our deck on June 3, 2015 and as of December 3, 2015 no work has been performed. We would still like him to perform the work because we understand he is a fine workman.; either that or refund our substantial deposit and let someone else do the work.
