Review of Central Missouri Glass

I have done business with this company for years. And for the most part been satisfied. Service was good product was accurate. However today after calling a head for a single piece of glass to be cut. ( remember 3 days prior I ordered it ) I was told it would be ready this morning, I called ahead was told that it still had not been cut however they would get right on it. I said great I'm on my way. Drove up there ( 1 hour round trip) only to be told they didn't have any glass that size. No apology, no sense of my disappointment, when I said you could have at least called me and saved the trip. I was told by the woman "I didn't know you were coming" . When 60 minutes prior I said I would be right there.
The person is in the wrong job, unqualified and not suitable for this position. I will not deal with her again. If I every do business again I will insist on speaking with the owner or manager.
Bad for business replace this rotten apple!!!
