Review of Chef On Call Dan Felder

Chef Dan has been catering events for us for the last 10 years. This last event, a 50th b-day party, was just amazing. He uses fresh seasonal ingredients, dishes are always unique & flavorful and presentation fabulous. He's also meticulous about clean up- kitchen looks just how it did before he started cooking.
