This was my second (and last) visit to Viktor's business. The first time was good and he did it at low cost. But the second time, early this year, was very different. First, he asked for half of the payment upfront, which I gave. But then later, he asked for full payment prior to starting the work, because he supposedly needed the money for his mortgage payments. Against my better judgment, I reluctantly agreed to do so. But the whole process took weeks, forcing me to come back again and again. The bottom line: after several tries to match (or blend) the color, he couldn't do so, My advice: pay a little more (he was only $200 cheaper than Dents Unlimited) and get professional work and service.
