Review of Ken's Heating & Cooling

After lightening, Gary Short diagnosed my system as unrepairable after about 10 minutes. He seemed honest so, needing it working, I engaged Ken's to replace my system. The ins company later sent their own tech to diagnose, but would not release their findings to me until later, after Ken's had already replaced it. The ins co tech (who took 2.5 hrs of testing) found my system could have been repaired with a fuse. This would hint that Gary was either incompetent or intentionally deceived me to get a sale. The ins co refused to pay my claim.
