This is my second time using the Spradling's for a home inspection. I am so glad I called them again. Melanie and Stuart are easy to reach and so delightful to talk to. They are incredibly detail oriented and thorough. I like that they don't just point out problems, but also communicate the good things they see. The reports are detailed and let you know if something absolutely needs fixed or something that should not be a deal breaker, but should be looked at fixing in the future. I highly recommend anyone buying a house utilize their expertise.
