Review of Concrete Concepts

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. As a small locally owned business I would never leave a bad review for another company without trying to resolve the matter personally and professionally. I've waited more than patiently for 3 years, Darren and Concrete Concepts has left me no other choice.
I signed a contract 3 YEARS AGO AND STILL DON'T HAVE A COMPLETED PROJECT. We signed and paid our 50% deposit in March of 2021 with an expected completion of May 2021. They dropped off half of my order and didn't even install it almost a full year after the contract was signed. Now after 3 years and basically begging for the rest of my project, the order has still not been completed.
Darren has repeatedly told me he would finish the project, that he would do it at no charge, that it would be done in a couple weeks. Months will go by with zero contact and no explanation. Excuse after excuse and 3 years into this and I'm still waiting. I ordered this for my business and feel like I got scammed.
Do not use this company. Use anyone else. They are not reliable, they cannot be trusted, and their work is mediocre at best in the first place.
