Stuart Spradling is a very thorough, reliable home inspector. My wife and I own an investment property business and we've hired Spradling Home Inspections, LLC, to perform an inspection on each of our rental properties prior to purchase. We will continue to work with Stuart and Melanie because they are a dependable team and we want the best!
