These people will shoot you a low bid, add things later to jack up the price, request you pay them in full before the job is done and if you do will leave the job before its complete costing you more money to pay someone else to do what you already paid them to do. Do not trust

Holding Refund
I contracted A&S transport on March 13th to rebuild a foundation for a double wide. I gave them Half of the agreed amount upfront to get started. ON July 30th the project had not even been started so I sold the house AS-IS. I let A&S know in writing and email and requested a full refund since NO work had been started. I was infirmed by the owner that he no longer had my money and would have to figure out how to repay me. Here it is 60 days later and I have not received a dime and can not longer get A&S to contact me. I have contacted the BBB for help. STEER CLEAR!
