I always look forward to "appointment day" at Bliss Salon. The environment is very inviting and relaxing. You can kick back with a Bud Light, coffee (if you're in to that) or just a Coke while you're waiting for your color or for your wash. Melissa and Shaina always make me feel like I'm the most important client in their salon and as a busy working mom ... I LOVE that feeling! And who doesn’t LOVE Moroccan Oil … I get my oil and spray shine there to keep my strands sleek and in control! Come to Capital Region Medical Center and have a look for yourself at all of the clients that have their hair cut or colored by Melissa Cox!
