Welcome to Sapphires Restaurant and Lounge located on the Penthouse floor in the Doubletree Hotel in Jefferson City, MO.  We are what is considered Jefferson City's finest eating establishments from casual to elegant dining.  We not only serve hotel guests but local diners from Holts Summit, Apache Flats, Wardsville and even Columbia.

Start the day right with a Doubletree Breakfast at Sapphires. Enjoy casual elegance, freshly prepared menu favorites, and more great views of historical Jefferson City and our Capitol building in our tower restaurant.  We are here to serve you continuously throughout the day by serving breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Sunday. Whether you are into health food, snacks or gourmet, we've got something to tickle your palate.

Lounge
Relax with friends or colleagues over cocktails at the Sapphires Lounge; the perfect spot for downtown conversation, a post-theater nightcap or unwind with after-dinner drinks at the bar.  Enjoy our daily happy hour specials Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  We also host Sunday football games on a big screen TV and pizza and beer specials.

Room Service
Want to stay in and use our in-room dining service?  Ordering is easy, delivery is timely and the food is outstanding.  Sapphires make it easy for you to enjoy a delicious meal without even leaving your room.

Party Planning Services
Party or event planning is a breeze with our in house catering service.  Whether you are planning a 16th birthday party or a wedding reception, the professionals at Sapphires and the Doubletree Hotel can help your plans come together seamlessly.  We also cater breaks, meals and beverages  to business meetings and conferences held in the Doubletree Hotel.

Our Hours
Our restaurant staff looks forward to serving your dining needs Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Saturday and Sunday we open at 7:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Our catering service hours are Monday through Friday through appointment only.

Accepted methods of payment include Cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club and Traveler's Checks.
