BAD, BAD and More Bad. Beautiful property, no doubt. However, with that said, I pay 1700 a month for my rent and that should constitute holding to our leasing agreement. Before moving in we agreed in writing to have carpet replaced that was soiled in my lease agreement within 30 days of move in and it was replaced, 6 months later!! Very hard to reach and now if I want compensation I will have to find myself in small claims court. Please save yourself before renting from this management company. I pay rent on time, have good credit. For a mortgage amount for rent you should get what you pay for. I am turning my move out date in as early as I can and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone I know, much less a friend or family member! Look online, these reviews are consistent! Dont be fooled by the appearance of nice property, the people that manage it make all the difference between a good experience and a terrible one. It's your money, for these prices we should only accept the best service and honesty.

For three years I called a Voepel property home and regret to this day having to move out of it. Gorgeous and well maintained house with a down to Earth, responsive and reasonable landlord. Don't waste your time with other property managers, if you're looking for a affordable and comfortable place to live in the Midtown area of Kansas City: call the number. You won't regret it.
